I think the book is shipping from the UK. It is limited to 1000 copies.

APDallas. Without your info I wouldn't have the book I have right now. I owe you a pint Sir ! I had no idea a book was in the making and ordered it a couple of weeks ago. Received it today. It's amazing. Thank you.
