Where is Peter Jones Voice on scandinavian DVD?

On the DVD available in Skandinavia (With Danish. Swedish, Norwegian and Finnish subtitles) on some of the booksequenses Peter Jones voice is gone (Oddly enough, not all of them). We hear the music, and read the text onscreen, and the subtitles even say what Jones would have said, had his voice been there. Does anyone know why that is?

I think someone said that for the American DVD if you turn on Mono soundtrack then it works fine so its probably the same for the Skandinavian DVD I would assume. I only remember that happening at one point in the DVD (but then later on I turned it to mono because I was having trouble understanding what the robots/aliens said)... I hope that helps.
