Why was this a fifteen?

When this came out on DVD (coincidentally at the same time as the movie came out at the cinema), it was rated a fifteen. Why?

It has no sex, violence or nudity, no bad language in fact I cant see why it wasnt a PG, unless the humor was too advanced for people used to laughing at toilet jokes.

Just a thought.

there was nudity... there was a bare bottom, remember!
Plus, triple breasted whore from eroticon six... and the stuff about how much sex is going on in the universe/or not.

Not to mention all the profanity in the outtakes...

The VHS release was a PG, the DVD is a 15 because of the stuff in the extra features and outakes.

Weird. It's rated G in Australia and nothing's been edited out as far as I can tell.

Well the word 'Belgium' is mentioned at least twice - worth a fifteen at least.

As already said it is because of the extra features. The film "Patch Adams" also went from PG to 15 for the same reason.
