No, I've never seen it on Netflix. Not sure why.

But you can pick up the Complete Series on Amazon for $11.25.

It was on Netflix very recently, but it appears to have been taken off.

It may resurface again, but it's hard to tell with these licensing contracts.

You can find the pilot episode and several random episodes on the OVguide app.

Netflix added it. I am watching it as I type. It's in the DVD's. Not sure if it is on the streaming side though.
