I bought the "complete" series on dvd but the final episode "The Greatest American Heroine" is missing. anyone know where I can obtain a copy to add to collection?? was this a separate made for TV movie ??

It's on Disk 3 of Season 1. Believe me, you don't want to see this atrocity.
