This movie was chilling and fascinating

I saw this movie on Freezone from Cox digital, having no clue what I was in for other than it's name and vague description. I went in expecting a tongue-in-cheek comedy like Santa's Slay, but ended up getting a chilling, tragic, fascinating, and dark portrait of a man descending into insanity, which features an incredible performance by the lead actor, a score so creepy it makes you feel your Achilles tendon, and a tension that never lets up. It manages to make you fear Harry while feeling truly sorry for him, hoping he can get help. It takes a goofy concept and makes it work in a realm of brutal reality.

This movie is incredible, and it's 3.7 rating is beyond my comprehension.

I agree with you completely. I put this on so I could go to sleep, thinking it was a crappy 80's slasher & was blown away by how sad, funny, twisted & just flat out weird this movie was.

You really do feel for Harry, who just wants everyone to love Christmas as much as he does. Sure, his methods are creepy(and briefly violent), but, as portrayed, he has genuine heart. I watched this dreading the end, thinking I knew what was coming & ended up laughing my ass off when he *SPOILER ALERT* drove off into the sky. I actually couldn't go to bed after this was over because I just kept thinking about it.

While I can understand people not liking this, I was more than pleasantly suprised. In fact, this is a new Christmas must for me.

I'm with you...this movie'll be free on Fearnet until the end of the month, and then I'm going to have to buy it. I've sat down and watched it through a couple times, and it's already become a comfy-doing-other-things-background-noise movie for me as well.

I remember the scene where he leaves the mark of his nose, lips and hands in mud upon the wall of some kid's house and it just sending chills down my spine
