Wow, it's 'Dale!'

So I watched "You Better Watch Out" for the very first time this weekend thanks to Turner Classic Movies. Very odd but cool flick, loved the atmosphere and the fact that it was filmed around my home state of New Jersey.

But anyway, while I was watching it I was also trying to figure out who the guy was playing "Harry's" brother. I kept saying "I know that guy from somewhere. Where the heck do I know him from? Who is he?" It was driving me crazy for the whole film, so after it was over I came here to good ole IMDb and found out that thirty-plus years after appearing in this film, he's now better known as "Dale," the kindly old guy on AMC's "The Walking Dead." Cool!

I too am watching this for the first time thanks to TCM. I didn't notice "Dale" but I did notice a young "Hector Salamanca" from AMC's "Breaking Bad." He pulls Santa into the party and is credited as Man #2. Seems he's also in all of Darren Aronofsky's films though I never realized.

I had the reverse reaction...have been hooked on this movie since Fearnet first ran it a few years ago, and when husband & I started watching TWD, I said, "Oh Wow, it's Phil!" :)
