Synapse version vs. Troma version

What is the difference between the two? I'm assuming the quality of the Synapse version is much better than Troma's but is there anything else? I own the Troma version and am wondering if it's worth it to shell out more dough for Synapse's.

The DVD/Blu-ray combo from Vinegar Syndrome is the definitive release of this film. It combines all the extras from those previous releases and has a terrific HD transfer to boot.
