'Moss Garcia'?!
Who the hell would name their kid "Moss Garcia" (let alone Jill Taylor)?! That is probably one of the stupidest names I have ever heard. Even Gaylord Focker sounds less idiotic than that!

shareAnswer: Moss Garcia is a hood name for a kid who will one day play in the NFL for the Chiefs or the Raiders or something.
shareI don't have anything to add to this thread, other than noting that the name Moss Garcia has always cracked me up. And the way it's repeated like a mantra in Christmas Evil is positively inspired.
Last night I saw it for the first time since high school, and suddenly remembered that severely muttering "Moss Garcia" became a running joke among my circle. I can't hear, say or type the name without snickering a little.
I mean, if your name's Moss Garcia, you've already been dealt a questionable hand in life, but then you also draw the wrath of a pseudo-Santa by expressing a healthy/childish interest in sexuality?
Or maybe it's just the way the actor says the name -- like he can't wait to take a cleaver to the kid, like it's inevitable that this poor dweeb is going to end up getting "something horrible" for Christmas. I can't account for it. It's made twice as funny when accompanied by a brooding close-up of Harry's eyes.
This morning I was shuffling through some papers, and realized I was quietly murmuring "Moss Garcia, Moss Garcia, Moss Garcia" to myself. This movie has infected me with its own unique brand of holiday cheer!
What do you think this is, a signature? It's a way of life!
