I almost never agree with people who say a movie is "camp" because it's pretentious to me. Liking a bad movie for the sake of irony? Blech! Have the guts to say you like a movie or you don't. Personally I blame these nerdy critics for people taking movies so seriously they would analyze a movie like Xanadu, which was clearly made for entertainment only. And what's wrong with that?
There is room in this world for Xanadu as well as Taxi Driver, and not all movies have to be "important."
Sorry, I loathe movie snobs and I really don't know why people hate movies like this!
