Muse #2 is so beautiful. Who is she and what happened to her at the end!

I am talking about the second muse that comes to life. It is obvious that she doesn't show up anywhere else in the film.

The closest look I can think of is Erin Gray.

I read on a facebook post that someone who knew someone on production said she got with Olivia's boyfriend and was promptly fired!

What I wanna know is who got the film credit (beginning person, or end person) and of course where is she now.
