I can't find this video anywhere and I can't buy it online. Will a really nice person give me a good, detailed summary of this film?

I saw the dvd at walmart and I just rented it tonight from Blockbuster.

Amazon.com and BN.com both have copies for sale, and have for a few years - you shouldn't have any problem finding it online.
