I believe the Playboy issue you're referring to is the June 1981 issue. One eBay seller wrote that the photo of Lynn-Holly Johnson in that issue is not nude, and that it shows her under some covers and describes her as a "Bond girl," which probably means the photo is from the movie "For Your Eyes Only" (1981). Lynn-Holly appears in a swimsuit in "Where the Boys Are '84" (1984) and in a gymnastics outfit in "Ice Castles" (1978). To my knowledge, no nude photos have ever been made of her, though there are some stills available of her in a bright yellow dress that show a lot of her top.

Watchiong the movie for the first time, I was taken by how much she reminded me of Scarlett Johansson (when she has blond hair.)
