This has baffled me for 30+ years. What is a caronub pie? That's the best I can make out what they're saying when Bud tells Pam they're going over to Bob & Corine's.

She's saying Karo-nut pie, which is a pecan pie. I had to look it up myself before because it's hard to hear & I'd never heard of it. I guess it's called Karo-nut because it's made with Karo syrup.

It's Karo-Nut pie. My dad was stationed in Texas, and it's essentially a pecan pie. It's made with Karo syrup, and with their drawl, it sounds like "Kay-Ro".
