Underated gem
It's not perfection, but I'd watch it again in a heartbeat. Hear my verdict here- http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jW7kg_C65WQ&list=PLB9989Z-p-5U_iEpU32GULk4wMJR3AHGd&index=3

I agree with everything you said. This is indeed an underrated film and is one of my favorite 80's slashers of all time. I love how the killer wears different costumes throughout the movie and you never know where he is going to strike next! The train setting was a great idea as well.

Yes, it definitly is. Creepy at times, atmospheric throughout, and the film looks great.
shareI loved, loved, loved this movie. Although it is disparingly refered to as "Halloween on a train", it does surpass the John Carpenter classic in many ways. Story is strong. Actors are good. David Copperfield ( wtf!) is awesome. Jamie lee Curtis is good in this movie. You care about the characters when they die, a hallmark of great horror movies. The premise is awesome. Much like "the evil is gone" setup in Halloween, I always smile when I hear the line in Terror Train, " You're always running out of my parties. But now......you can't!"
10/10
Yes, it's a very fun slasher movie and I've enjoyed it each time I watched it. The Groucho Marx disguise is very creepy and I'm not afraid of very much in movies so that is a good accomplishment.
