Halloween H20

Does anybody else think that Halloween H20 would have been better called Prom Night: 20 Years Later or Prom Night: Reunion or Prom Night V or something similar?

If you watch H20 it works just as good as a sequel to Prom Night as it does to Halloween, for starters in prom night, Kim's(Jamie Leigh Curtis) dad is the headmaster in h20 Kerry Tate (Jamie Leigh Curtis) is head mistress, if it was a sequel they could say that she followed in her fathers footsteps.

In Halloween Michael is her brother, in Prom Night Alex is also her brother. You really don't have to change anything other than the title of Halloween H20: 20 Years Later to Prom Night V for it to work as a sequel to Prom Night, other than Michaels mask that is.

The plot of H20 would stay the same for example "20 years ago Alex ruined his sisters prom, now 20 years later Alex, having been released from the mental institute is coming home on the eve of Kim's son's senior prom." what's different, other than a few name changes and a costume change?

There comes a time to put away childhood things. But some things just won't stay put!
