KIM: TRAGIC CHARACTER (SPOILERS)

There has been much question on the boards as to the importance of Kim's character. I think more should have been done with her, but I do see how her character ends up being the most tragic.

1. Her sister is killed.

2. Her boyfriend killed her sister.

3. Her two best friends killed her sister.

4. Her brother killed her two best friends.

5. Her brother tried to kill her boyfriend.

6. She inadvertently kills her brother.

7. She is now the only child left to deal with two basket case parents.

8. She does not get to be crowned Prom Queen and have her special dance.

9. All of this happens on Prom Night--her special night to remember.

If you think about it that way, you can see how Kim ends up being a true horror victim.
