Who's that woman in some scenes?

I could tell who that was as we saw at the beginning of the film, the everything if food song scene, the boxing match with Sweet Haven song played and Bluto singing "he's mean". This is a woman chewing gum and a friend's dad said she's on ropes.

I even think that people chewing the white gum look like that waitress in the movie. Do you know who it is? I knew that the mother of the ruthless tough boxer is played by the same woman who played the principal in Kindergarten Cop.

Maybe someone could answer my question.

I heard it's La Verne the waitress who was played by Susan Kingsley who in real life died of a car crash at 37 years old. She looked older in that movie. People chewing some kind of white gum look like that waitress if people could be chewing eclipse gum when that was invented in 1999.

The person who played Oxblood's mother was Linda Hunt, who went on to win an Oscar for Year of Living Dangerously playing a man. Yeah, I noticed the close up of the waitress singing "He's Mean" and she is chewing gum and smiling in one shot. For some reason, I thought that might be Valerie Velardi, who was Williams' wife at the time.
