I know that on the set she stuffed sheep intestines into her mouth to make it look like she was puking up her own, but what about the blood gushing from her eyes? What make up effect was that? And note they turned totally red when she started spewing up her guts? Hmmm......
shareI posetd the same answer on another thread about this same topic. I was an extra in a zombie movie, and they had us use red eye drops, that made our eyes red. And, when we blinked, our eyes would tear up, and it looked as though we were crying blood.

if you notice she has a cool hairdo where her hair is parted so that it hangs down near the outside of her eyes,
tubing was hidden under the hair to link up with her eyes that pumped red liquid
