Blu-ray?

How 'bout a remastered HD release (from the original negatives) with cleaned-up picture & sound, and a batch of new extras to coincide with the 30th Anniversary of "City Of The Living Dead" in 2010?
How 'bout that folks? Anybody heard something?

I don't know. The grain is a big part of the atmosphere for me.

I quite like the grain on CotLD too, I still have the Anchor Bay DVD and really enjoy watching the film this way.

Blue Underground & Arrow Video in the UK came together to have City of the Living Dead re-mastered and brought to Blu-ray & DVD.I'm going to be getting the Arrow 2-DVD set as all the extras & packaging are going to be exactly the same on this as their BD release. But, I'm going to be buying the Blue Underground BD set as the extras from this don't look as if they will all be making it onto their DVD release.

Buy the UK Blu-ray if you are a Fulci fan, seriously it's great and theres a treasure trove of extras, one of the best classic horror blu-ray around...
