Where Is Octagon?
Where would I find a VHS copy of "The Octagon"? This is one of Chuck Norris's

I have one from about 15 years ago. You might be able to pick one up on Ebay.
Can't understand why this has never come out on DVD. It was definitely one of the better Martial Arts movies around in its day. Is there some reason Chuck Norris doesn't want it released? So many of his other efforts are. Why not this one?
No extras, cheap little version, extraordinarily bad advertising blurb on the back. Released by MIA Video.

It is on DVD. I just picked it up from Hastings and watched it. THE WORST MOVIE I HAVE EVER SEEN.

This is the kind of movie where you turn your brain off and watch the fights while you eat pizza (a meat-lover's, of course) and drink copiously of some sort of alcoholic beverage. Not everyone can appreciate this sort of thing. :)
I picked it up on DVD today, for a whopping $4 (USD).

I picked up a copy of the Octagon for $5.00 in the huge bargain bins at Wal-Mart. It was the best 5 dollar investement of my life next another great Chuck Norris film: Invasion USA

Bad in an amazing, hilarious way? Or just boring? I'm downloading it in the hopes that it's going to be a really funny bad movie (I saw a clip and it had me in tears) -- is it?
shareI HATE Chuck, and I LOVE this movie! I must own it. If you think this is a bad movie, you have no soul. More laughs than a Comedy feature film.
And actually I don't "hate" Chuck, but if I even for a moment try to take him remotly as serious as he takes himself, my eyes would roll right up into my brain while shaking my head as I groaned myself slowly into a coma of disbelief.
what's that? this couldn't possibly be a hard to find rare movie, could it? i got it on vhs some years ago, quite some years ago actually.. today i think it's out on dvd and everything. maybe the dvd wasn't out when you made that post years ago, but i'm pretty sure there is one now. it's been a long time ago since i saw this movie, all i remember is the ending, a red car and a highway, and clips shown of it (maybe you know what i'm talking about.).
on a cold day late in october, i was going out for the night,
to visit an event on the up street high,
after a walk, i arrived at the gates, and a cashier told me,
-the ticket for entry, please,
something must have been printed wrong,
the ticket said 1996, but i still got in alright and all,
tripping around, on the festival ground,
merry-go-arounds, magicians, tents, gamblers and booths around,
-welcome old boy, may i offer you a chance to take home a price,
asked a funny man in a hat, i took a shot and won a teddybear, that i gave to the girl of my life,
why it pleased her, i tell you, i don't know,
but she decided to walk with me home,
we had a last cup of coke and pocorn,
as we walked towards the entrence/exit gates,
once on the outside, the girl had vanished away, i turned my head back, the event ground was empty, rusty and gray,
the ticket was still in my hand, and set to date.
