Ill have to disagree. In my opinion the best one is the one where chuck fights the dude with a healing factor. I don't remember the exact title but its something like silent rage. Check it out.

yes parkchef, the movie you're describing is Silent Rage. I saw it as a kid in theaters, it scared th bejesus out of me but it's a great horror/martial art movie.
Code of Silence is easily his best, imo. Delta Force 1 follows shortly thereafter, then The Octagon. I don't know where I'd put DF2 and Silent Rage really, not the best but I enjoyed both.

I like Chuck Norris and do get entertainment from his movies, but none of his movies are blockbusters. But to be honest, they were lower budget and never meant to be. I do agree Code of Silence, The Delta Force, and Lone Wolf McQuade top the list for the best movies. The Octagon might slip in after those three. I rank The Hitman pretty high since I liked it. Silent Rage too. I'd say Walker, Texas Ranger is probably the best thing he's ever done.
