Alot of my family members went to the school. I was going to go there, but i go to another school.....my grandma went there, her two sisters, my aunt and uncle and more.....By the way, it's really called Lakeview High School. And the lake they were at was Lincoln Park Zoo.
shareYeah I grew up in Chicago and remember many of the locations where it was shot, tho I thought it was Lincoln Park High school. What happened to those row boats at the Lincoln Park zoo lagoon? Were those only there for the movie, or was it possible to rent them at that time. All I remember are the boats you could move with pedals on the floor. And all those scenes of Maxwell Street Market (also seen in Blues Brothers). The whole area was torn down about 7 years ago and is now part of the Univerity of Illinois at Chicago campus.
