I did a google image search for him "Paul Quandt" in quotes and found a guy in his late 30's, red hair and very into skydiving. Many pics of him posing with his team. Looks like it could be him.

I don't think so. He didn't have red hair in the movie and the guy in the pics has no resemblance whatsover IMO. However, the actor who played Reisman (the ohter guy in the boat) is not part of some gay club...look it up.
shareCarsons Hair was an auburn type of hair in the film. That is considered to be "red" hair. It's probably not him but I thought I would throw it our there anyway.

shareActually, that is the same Paul Quandt from My Bodyguard. There was an article in People Magazine about five years ago in which he mentions how he took up skydiving shortly after leaving acting, despite his parents' disapproval at the time. He went on to mention how he obtained fake photo ID to be able to skydive without his parents' consent while he was still a minor.
shareThere's another thread in here somewhere which states that this is definitely NOT him. The skydiver guy died in the last year or so and his info did not match "Carson" from My Bodyguard.
