I think he played a bodyguard in Doctor Detroit also. You're right it was definitely a cinematic masterpiece. I'm still waiting for Doctor Detroit II, Mom Strikes Back.

Even if Salas would have grown hair and lost popularity, chances are its gone again by now. I just hope he's not wandering around the streets trying to steal someone's "tough" bike.
Who knows maybe he'll show up on the second season of Chuck and try to steal something from Buy More or Chuck will have flashbacks from My Bodyguard and/or Dr. Detroit.
