No, calling the police is something law abiding citizens do when they're just minding their own business and they get assaulted by criminals. Linderman was sitting minding his own business and hanging out with his friends when suddenly a full grown criminal (and Mike was no kid, we all know that) comes lumbering up and starts assaulting him. It's not like he was looking for trouble or asking for an ass kicking. You make it sound like he deserved to get an ass kicking for some reason. Fact is, he didn't. Not everyone in society wants to deal with violent criminals, and not everyone in society can - that's why we have the police force, to FORCE criminals into submission when normal citizens can't. I'd call the cops in an instant. And then after Mike was taken away, I'd punch Moody's teeth down his throat and then kick the crap out of all his henchmen just for an extra workout.
