Seriously, who is that guy? You know exactly what I'm talking about, he's one of Moody's droogs and he's got these ridiculous aviator shades and he doesn't say ANYTHING. He looks exactly like Lou Reed.

He actually does talk...once I think. I don't think the character was ever actually given a name.

I'm sure his name is probably something stupid like "Henchmen #3" or something, but I can't identify the actor without those sweet shades. I'm not even really sure why I want to know.
The name of the character is Koontz and he was played by Tim Reyna. He actually did talk quite a bit (in the scene when Clifford was cornered in the boys' washrooms) - called Linderman a psychopath and tried to justify the money extortion scheme.
Koontz sort of looked like the geek type, definitely not the stereotypical bully.
I wouldn't really think he was the geek type. I'm thinking more of a stoner type.
