Why was Liz Taylor not first billed?

Does anyone know why in the world Elizabeth Taylor was not one of the first billed? Her name doesn't even appear on the main page here on IMDB, you have to click on "see additional cast" or whatever. In the movie when the credits roll she is also not listed with the first group. She was a huge star, what gives?

I don't know about why she's listed so far back in the cast on here but I just watched the movie again this week and Angela Lansbury is given top billing and the rest of the billed cast is listed alphetically. So Taylor is the last name billed.

IMDb lists actors the way they appear in the fullest credit roll. That usually means the end credits, as in this case. The end credits for this movie list all the big American stars after the main English players. They are "The Visitors."

Elizabeth Taylor is very good, by the way. She gives the only outstanding performance in this somewhat lackluster movie.

Angela Lansbury was billed first because she played the title character, the rest of main cast is listed alphabetically, as it often happens in ''all-stars cast'' movies.

It's a Miss Marble movie.

Elizabeth was not the Queen of Hollywood anymore.
