Steve was the best. Rumor has it, racing was the thing that killed him. Apparently he used a liquid containing asbestos on his fireproof mask, which ultimately led to mesothelioma, plus his smoking 3 packs of cigs a day made the condition that much worse. Sad
shareyep, and supposedly cleaning the hulls of ships while in the marines produced asbestos as well...
