The movie title, "Foxes" what means? Is "foxes" a slang for teenage prostitutes?

Like "That Farrah Fawcett-Majors is such a fox!"
That's what I was thinking too but Madge and Jeanie were not exactly 'foxes' so I didn't understand the title either.
