1)Why does The Exterminator vicously kill the crime boss(mincemeat) he didn't kill his friend or have any connection with the thugs who did?
2) Why does the scarred prostitute undress in the open when it would have been far easier to do so in the dark?
3) Why does Christopher george character get murdered? - sure there is some political agenda but it like the crime boss killing is rather tenuous

1) I think the Exterminator was p**sed off cause the crimeboss lied about the dog.
2) Dude would've found out anyways.
3) Cause he found out who The Exterminator was.
