Alternate Ending? etc. This film deserves Blu-Ray treatment with extras
I own a VHS copy of this film and it came with some behind the scene notes and Director James Glickenhaus stated that he was forced to change the ending in some countries and kill off our hero John Eastland played by the late Robert Ginty.
Also I think this film deserves a special edition for a bluray release which would be the Director's Cut in Widescreen, Extras should have all the trailers and tv spots, A commentary by James Glickenhaus or behind the scenes, and this alternate ending. It's somewhere out there unless if that original print got destroyed. But even that, somebody would have made a copy of the alternate ending.
What do you all think? I'd like to see a DVD or Blu-Ray petition done for it.
