Since I was young people would call me "elephantman" (pronounced as one word, British-style)

I've never seen the movie, but I do like elephants. Should I be insulted or nah?

You should watch this, it's a great movie. But it's not about elephants.

My ex gf used to call me elephantman.

But I don't think she was hinting at this guy...
