shareHe must be referring to some war over food, I have no clue either. Thanks to modern transport and agronomy, the problem is not in production but the corruption of the governments and leaders in the countries that can't produce or don't have the food.
Or maybe he's referring to the unfounded war on food that the well fed, well educated, arrogant annointed ones have against modern farming methods.
