Who sings the song, I want to remember this, when I am far away?

This is all I could find out...I loved this song so much I recorded it and had my PreK sing it at their graduation:)

While we're speaking of songs,

Is there a song in the movie with the repeated line "Home, home, we're going home?" It's been stuck in my head for YEARS, and while I think it's from this movie, I wouldn't swear to it.

I've heard of that song. I think it's from Madeline and the Gypsies. I can't remember the exact words. There's also another song with the repeated line "Home, home, I want to go home."
