Was wondering if anyone caught it. I think it is on again a few more times this week. Was it/is it widescreen? I only probably saw it in the theater once when it came out and then a million times on non-letterboxed VHS/cable back in the 80s.
shareNo and No. I've been trying to get someone to record it for me. The last airing was this morning, so if no one recorded it yet, it's too late. Anyway, I heard the movie was full screen, but not cropped or anything. That must've been how it was shown in theaters, since HD Net says they only shows movies 100% as seen in theaters.
shareThis is on Sky Movies now in the UK but it is not widescreen. HD broadcasts are usually intended to be shown with correct aspect ratios.
