Comparing it to The Savage is Loose
Many many years ago I saw the tv movie - The Savage is Loose
What I recall about it is a man and woman and young son are stranded on an island.
The boys reaches maturity. He's spied his parents having sex (I'm not certain they're his parents actually - it's been decades since watching it) and gets sexual feelings
He tries to get it on with the woman, she says no
He builds a 'sex doll' out of plants and sticks to satisfy his urgings for awhile
But he gets older and wants more
Finally he starts to fight with the man over the woman, and it becomes potentially deadly
The woman gives in is how I seem to recall it ending
The father was George C Scott, kinda rough guy, no Mike Brady. What I'm saying is the son's role model was tough guy, so the kid grew up tough and probably explains why he became savage about wanting to satisfy his sexual urges with a real woman

I got to thinking, it's similar to The Blue Lagoon. The ending of The Blue Lagoon, the baby boy is what, about 3 yrs old maybe? What if he'd grown older, started having sexual urges. What if the two main characters had other children. Would they have ended up having sex with each other, so their sexual urges could be appeased?
I know that sounds kinda sick, but in The Savage is Loose, this issue gets addressed.
If you've seen both movies, or even have thoughts about this, thanks for responding
