A Smallscale Apocalypse
While the premise of this movie is a splendid one (although I never did quite get how cannibalism can be passed on), sadly the scenario of a city overrun with rabid cannibals never really comes to pass. Indeed, it was more a case of Minor Cannibal Suburb Upset, with a flea market (that has a gun stall with ammo aplenty left totally unattended!) and a hospital thrown in. Also, I did not know that standard US police procedure is to unleash flame-throwers on perps. But still, a film that never ceases to entertain and John Saxon and Giovanni Lambardo Radice are awesome.
