They REALLY like that Blondie song don't they! I was wondering how many different versions they could find of the same song and they always managed to find one more! I couldn't help but laugh each time

Well, duh! It was the movie's theme song. It was specifically written and recorded for the film.

"They" dumb ass is the amazing Giorgio Moroder who wrote and produced the song for Blondie. He was also responsible for the soundtrack know of the movie.
