For sheer hilarity this film has no equal
The mixture of gag lines, sight gags, slap stick and characters makes this film a one of kind comedy. The casting of dramatic actors to deliver many of those lines just makes them all the more funnier.
shareAgree with you 100%. I rarely am inclined to choose a comedy when deciding on which movie to see next. But of the comedy films I have seen over many decades now, "Airport' or "Flying High" as it was renamed in Australia, will always remain implanted in my memory because I still remember many of the jokes; I always watch the re-runs on TV and I distinctly recall tears running down my face as I howled with laughter, particularly on that first viewing!
