do you know whether the soundtrack was ever released and available?
i only recently realised there is no "real" film music (a score composed for the picture), only brass music and of course woodward's singing, but the result is awesome!
I've always wondered if those Woodward songs are available. He does a pretty good job and even if the ending song is military/nationalist/anthemic it manages to sound off great; the song he sang at the gathering was good too.
I second such a request.

There is a soundtrack available on vinyl. Breaker Morant Original Soundtrack, FIRST AMERICAN 7783.
It includes Soldiers of the Queen, Sarie Marais (the Boer singer), as well as some of the band music and bagpipes. Or so I hear. I have yet to purchase it myself.
Woodward and band do quite a job on "Soldiers", as I'm sure you realize. I have always wondered what the dutchman was singing, my guess is, it was a Boer nationalistic song, sung right under the Englishmen's noses. But from the title, it could be a hymn.
It is rare, but findable.
