Season 1: Am I missing something?

Just bought the Season 1 DVDs, and I think I missed something between the episodes Beauty And The Beasts, and Revenge.
In Beauty, none of the neighbours/girl friends knew that Kip and Henry were Buffy and Hildy, but in Revenge, Amy's sitting there in the apartment with Henry in a women's nightgown, and Kip is making fun of something and playing around with the wigs that they wear. Then all the girl friends come in and they have to pretend they're women again... My question is: when the heck did Amy find out that they're really guys!?? Did I miss something?? I remember watching as a kid, and seem to remember the girls finding out in a horrible way and being really hurt about it because the guys were lying to them the whole time. I could be wrong, but still, then when did Amy find out!!?? I've been watching the first season in sequence, over the past couple of days, and haven't missed any episodes.

I was under the impression that Amy always knew, because she's the one that gave them the tip about the apartment.

Amy invited them to stay in Season 1, episode 1 after Kip and Henry's apartment was demolished, and at about the 9 minute mark, Amy told them that it wouldn't be impossible to gain access in the hotel if they looked like women in order to stay with her, and so began the lives of Hildegard and Buffy.

Amy always knew. She was the one who got them in but told them they would have to pretend to be women. Kip narrates this in the opening credits just prior to the theme music playing.
