Zombie BLU looks too dark !

Check out the review at Dvdactive.com, Imo the picture is to dark, background details get lost in dark scenes, otherwise it looks great.

I don`t think so. If you think it`s too dark, you shouldn`t see the Anchor Bay DVD from 98 which is i think it`s pretty dark. Look at the link to see it compared to the other DVDs and the BD:

Ironically, people said the 2004 DVDs (which shared the same master) looked too bright . However, bear in mind this blu-ray was supervised by the cinematographer of the film, so it's closest to his original intentions.

you can also adjust your tv settings. that might help

Seriously? It seems crisp and vivid to me. I was actually pretty impressed/surprised considering the film's age.

The Arrow Blu looks better than the Blue Underground Blu, it's lighter too.

arrow win this one hands down more image and less DNR and also it has a verry natural looking image the only slight downside is it only has a momo sound mix but i would say the intent was to make this a faithful to its original screening type deal was very impressed with this blu ray

you will have to forgive the lack of full stops lack of proper spelling im dyslexic but not stupid
