Too bad it's largely speculative. Why would Khambatta suddenly be murdered fourteen years after Indira Ghandi unless she had become a vocal oppositional voice which it doesn't sound like that was the case. Ghandi most likely had lots of famous supporters. What would her enemies stand to gain by killing an actress/model who supported her?

that's weird. I remember when she died and every US Media source said she died from cancer

When I heard she died it was heart attack. Apparently she had a heart condition that she had kept quiet from the public.
