What celebrities are being impersonated?

I can't figure out who the blonde is suppose to be. The Rose, Diana Ross, Barbara Striesand, then who? The "are you in town for good or for fun" impersonator.

Does somebody have a better answer than this?

Mae West had her hair shorter than this most of the time, and when they were long they were curly.

Also, the hat seems like a huge part of the costume, and it's not something that Mae West would wear (I think).

It's common knowledge that the title character was inspired by the late Janis Joplin.

Actually the blonde is supposed to be Bette Davis's character from the movie Whatever Happened To Baby Jane? She sings the same song from the movie

Yes, the first blonde is but the last one, the tall one, is Mae West.
