Incomplete cast

At least one cast member is not named.
I knew two of the performers, Loren Lester and a Woody Allen clone who should have got his break in this film.
I cannot now remember his name, and I cannot find it in the allegedly complete cast list here.
Can someone help me?
He had several funny lines and was in several funny situations -- at least they were intended to be funny.
But he was one of the withs, not one of the stars, and I would really like to be reminded of his name, and he deserves mention.
By the way: This was NOT a "Ramones movie."
They were entertaining, in my opinion (though I prefer Vivaldi and Dvorak), and I became mildly a fan after seeing them in this movie. But the Ramones were an afterthought, not the raison d'etre for the film.
