Buy the album. It has all the songs on it.

when i looked at the song list it did not have high school by the mc5.

Um, were you drunk, moyni? The album, which is only available as a German import, has less than half of the songs from the film -- and "Rock N Roll High School" and "I Want You Around" are horrible Phil Spector remixes of the songs. If you're looking for The Ramones' songs, I'd recommend the 2-disc "Anthology" released by Rhino. Of course, this doesn't help with the non-Ramones songs...
