I don't know if they are going for a modern version or if it's going to be a striaght up remake. Either way, it's a bad idea. But how do you replace the Ramones? Who can be the band in the new version? Good Charlotte? Fall Out Boy? Green Day? It's going to be bad.

shareIn 2008 it was announced that actor/writer Alex Winter had been hired to script a remake of the film for Howard Stern's production company. There hasn't been an update. I don't want to see a remake. Most of them are awful.
