WAS THERE AN OFFICIAL SOUNDTRACK RELEASED ON LP?

Was the soundtrack ever officially released on LP back in 1980? I know "The Hobbit" (1977) had one for its songs (the one of the green cover), so can anyone please verify this before I wind up making my own MP3s from the movie? Thanks.

There was an abridged version of the movie on LP; but no "song-track" like the one for THE HOBBIT.

(And let me know if you ever want to hear the cover I did of "Less Can Be More.")
