The composer/conductor of this soundtrack is John Scott. He has an impressive list of film scores here on IMDb.

I tried to locate the soundtrack album on Amazon, but there was no listing.

Sometimes if one searches a movie title on Amazon, but adds "soundtrack" to the search, the CD with information will turn up.

I guess this soundtrack album, if there ever was one, is long out of print.

If you have the DVD, a listing of songs used in the film is usually about the last thing listed on the end credits.

My guess is this is a piece written especially for this film (the main riff is repeated throughout the movie) and is probably simply known as "North Dallas Forty: End Title."
